One-on-One Consultation

Service Description

Initial Consultation ($150): This is a 90-minute appointment set aside for me to really get to know you. The goal is for me to thoroughly understand your concerns, assess how your lifestyle impacts your struggle, and ultimately come up with a personalized nutrition plan created specifically for your health success and sustainability. Follow Up Appointment ($75): This 45-minute one-on-one session allows us to reconnect, reassess and adjust any current personalized protocols in place as you further your journey.
